Privacy Statement
Members of the Journal’s Editorial Board do not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript under consideration to third parties prior to its publication, except to the appointed reviewers. The Editorial Office also does not disclose information about reviewers to authors or other persons.
These and other standards governing the conduct of participants in the publication process—namely the principles, norms, and standards of behavior for authors, members of the editorial board, the publisher, and reviewers—are based on Publication Ethics.
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal are subject to mandatory double-blind peer review by scholars or specialists in the relevant field.
Reviewers are provided with manuscripts for evaluation without indication of the author’s (authors’) name(s). Correspondence between the Executive Secretary and the reviewer takes place through the Journal’s electronic editorial system on its website. In the case of two negative reviews, the manuscript is rejected for publication in the Journal. The results of the peer review process are confidential. In the event of a conflict of interest, reviewers are not permitted to evaluate the manuscript.
